The Enterprise Ireland Study Visits are the ideal way to get first-hand experience of Lean Best Practices. They provide access to world class companies and to those on their way, companies that are willing to share their Lean journey and the impact of embracing lean Business Principles and the benefits of continuous improvement activity.
We organise best practice study visits both within Ireland and Internationally. The visits take place over a one to five-day period. In the past, groups have travelled to Berlin, Bologna, Japan and the USA.
As part of our ongoing relationship with Toyota we have been offered access to the Toyota Engine Manufacturing Plant in North Wales. These Study Visits to Toyota consist of one, two and five-day lean workshops.
Best Practice Study Visits are open to all Enterprise Ireland clients. The number of places available on each Study Visit is limited. Delegates will be required to register online to secure a place(s).
