Webinar – Lean in An Post

Brian Clancy is the Business Process Improvement Manager for An Post Commerce.

He manages the Lean Six Sigma programme in the Mails Processing division. This programme covers 3 mail centre campuses (Dublin Portlaoise and Athlone).

Brian Joined An Post in 1986 and has worked in many areas of the business – Mails, Retail, Internal audit, Strategy and Quality. In 2013, he became a full time Business Process Improvement Manager joining the recently formed Lean Six Sigma team. He is a fully qualified Green and Black Belt. Brian currently manages the transition to a Lean culture in Mails Processing and supporting the development of a similar programme across mails delivery offices and Headquarter administrative departments.
