Join us for the Annual South East Lean Network Lean Summit 2025, co-hosted by SETU Li4 and Academy of Lean Enterprise Excellence.

This event offers a full day of insightful talks, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities. With critical contributions from cross-sectoral industry practitioners, academics, and trainers, we will together explore the dynamic and integrated relationships between People, Process, and Technology, with a focus on process optimisation, digital transformation, and practical tools to support your Lean and Digital journey.

Whether you’re new to Lean or an experienced practitioner, there’s something for everyone at the 2025 SELS.
