SHINGO Forum Virtual Meet-Up

The Shingo Forum exists to encouraging the sharing of ideas and inspiration between organizations. This virtual networking group meets monthly and includes a guest speaker; interactive workshop and expert facilitation.

There is no cost to join, but to participate you need to have an interest in Continuous Improvement and Enterprise Excellence.

Facilitators

Ailsa Carson

Ailsa is Group Marketing & Events Manager, and is responsible for the development and delivery of our global events programme which includes the Enterprise Excellence Masterclass; our Shingo Workshops; the Onsite Insights visit programme and the Lean Forum.

John Quirke

John is a Senior Partner and Head of the Life Sciences & Health Sector, he also supports both the US and European Business Development Team. He is also a co-author of the award-winning book TPM:A Foundation of Operational Excellence. Before joining S A Partners, John worked as Director of Operational Excellence at Cordis Johnson & Johnson, and as European Lean Six Sigma Lead at Millipore B.V. He is also a certified Shingo Institute alumni, facilitator, and consultant as well as a Master Lean Coach.

Guest Speakers

Andy Brunskill

Andy is Co-Author of TPM: A foundation for Operational Excellence. He is a Partner and specialises in the development and deployment of Operational Excellence Programmes at SA Partners. He is the companies TPM Lead Consultant and the co-author of TPM: A Foundation of Operational Excellence. He has worked with a wide range of multi-national clients around the world supporting them with their Continuous Improvement Programmes.

Peter Willmott

Peter is an Associate Partner of S A Partners and is a Chartered Engineer and has a B.Tech (Hons) in Production Engineering and is a renowned authority on the application of Total Productive Maintenance in the western world and is the author of three books on the subject. His third book ‘TPM -A foundation of Operational Excellence’ co-authored with two S A Partner’s colleagues John Quirke and Andy Brunskill was published’ in late 2019.
