Topflight Travel Group was a relatively early service-sector adopter of Lean Management processes, which have enabled the company to achieve substantial improvements in efficiency and customer and employee satisfaction.

In roles ranging from hospitality, finance, operations, sales, marketing and software development, the company now employs over 80 staff in its offices in Dublin, Brighton and the French Alps and a further 150 seasonal staff overseas. The Topflight Travel Group’s management team includes a Chief Lean Officer supporting two Continuous Improvement Managers in company’s overseas locations.
