Prior to establishing his own consultancy https://lnkd.in/dmuUEddZ in 2018\, Noel was the EU/Asia Enterprise Excellence Director for Lake Region Medical. During his tenure there\, Noel led the company to achieve the highly prestigious Shingo Accreditation in 2012. He received his MSc in Lean Operations from Cardiff University\, and in 2017 he completed his DBA at Waterford Institute of Technology (now SETU) which explored the relationship between CI and Employee Engagement. He is a regular speaker at national and global conferences on the subject of Lean & Employee Engagement. \nNoel published the Human Lean book with his co-author John Bicheno\, which has won both Shingo and Lean Business Ireland Publication Awards. In October 2023 Noel was inducted into the Shingo Academy Hall of Fame for his contribution to organisational excellence across Ireland and further afield.
