October’s Lean Café session will take the form of a group discussion around the topic of “Recapturing the pace of improvement and realigning at this phase of the Covid crisis”.
The discussion will be led by Ian O’Toole (Associate Director of Enterprise Engineering at Mondel?z International in Ireland) and Richard Keegan (the EU-Japan Centre’s Lean Advisor and Adjunct Professor of Lean Operational Excellence at Trinity Business School). During the session you will be encouraged to share your views and strategies.
They’d like to know what are you going to do to prepare for the crisis that’s coming following the next crisis after the Covid Crisis? And given that businesses seek employees who are nimble, flexible, adaptable, willing to evolve and during Covid-related lockdowns many have shown such qualities, so how do you intend to treat & manage them now?
