Online Lean Yellow Belt Training Programme

In partnership with the University of Limerick, the Lean & Green Skillnet has developed this programme to support our members and the wider business community in responding to the current crisis. The online Lean Yellow Belt is focused on helping managers remodel their processes to cope with new working realities (remote and physical), while also highlighting efficiency/new opportunity initiatives using Lean methodologies and other business improvement techniques.

Why this Programme

• Build Back Better – In the current environment, you are being asked to do more, with less. This programme offers you the opportunity to reflect, plan and rethink how your business and its processes can adapt, survive and thrive in a post-COVID-19 world.
• University Certification – Successful participants will receive a UL accredited Level 8 Certificate in Lean Six Sigma, which can be used as a stepping-stone for further education.
• Learn from Leaders – This programme has been developed with the support of Lean experts with extensive industry experience.
