On Monday 30th March, Dublin Lean Network are invited to the 35th — and final — Lean Six Sigma Graduation at Tallaght University Hospital. Fifteen Green Belt practitioners will present real improvement projects, delivered from the frontlines of Irish healthcare.

This isn’t theory. This is Lean in action — tackling real problems, in a real hospital, with real results.
